At the end of January, all US Brand Partners who have earned more than $600 USD in monetary and/or non-monetary commissions will be issued their 2023 1099-NEC. An email from noreply@tax1099.com will be sent to the email on file with instructions on how to receive your 1099 electronically. Your 1099 will also be printed and mailed to you.

In addition to the total amount of your Commissions, Box 1 Nonemployee compensation of your 1099 will consist of 3 additional amounts, if applicable:

1. Free Product/Discounts such as NGB and 3UR Free
2. Special Non-Monetary Commissions such as trips
3. Processing Fees

 

The breakdown of these amounts will be available in your back office under Track -> Tax Breakdown in February.
